What is a landscape?
Landscape: The appreciation of nature for its own sake, and its choice as a specific subject for art, Landscape has been a major theme in artmaking for centuries and has been explored though traditional mediums, such as painting and drawing, plus modern mediums such as photography and video. Landscapes allow us to explore the ways we relate to places and the impact the land and environment has on us.
